New Weekly Offering for Spring!

Thursdays at Noon

Realign + Recharge 

Join this midday pause to recharge and play with active surrendering. Slow Vinyasa Flow offers pose sequences at a slower pace giving you the opportunity to explore deeper into the poses. This integrated offering weaves in practices from Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, and functional movement techniques. Emphasis is placed on sensing the pose, the transition, and the moments in between. This practice asks us to invoke stillness in the flow and build alignment in body and mind.
