SomaYoga is a somatic yoga process that connects your mind, brain and body with intentional movements, connecting new neural pathways and wiring you for strength! This class "adds load" in terms of complexity, repetition, and at times holding muscles under tension. The use of Hanna Somatics is woven with classic strengthening asana and functional movement routines.

Core to Pelvic Floor 3-Week online class includes access to recordings for up 1 year.
This class series will focus on developing awareness and voluntary control of your core muscles from respiratory diaphragm to pelvic floor. Somatic movements and yoga postures will be explored. The classes will be a therapeutic exploration of your relationship to your core and pelvic floor muscles.

Your Instructor Alison (Ali) Zuba is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT). SomaYoga is a unique therapeutic methodology that blends Somatics and Classic Yoga. The therapeutic method helps to address chronic pain and to develop self-regulation techniques. The practices she offers are gentle and accessible for any level of experience. She is passionate about sharing techniques that help you get out of pain and feel more embodied, happy, and healthy!
