A Saturday morning jumpstart! Feel the brilliance of your body as you build mobility, stability, and strength in this 60 minute class. This class focuses on building strength, while keeping in mind the yogic principles of ahimsa (nonviolence) and satya (truth).

Gain strength through mindful movement, as you set the tone for a vibrant weekend! All levels of experience are welcome.
