In this class, explore the muscles and movements of the core and find connection with pelvic floor muscles through SomaYoga practices. We bring into awareness gentle hip and leg movements for pelvic floor awareness. You will move from seated to standing to lying on the floor on your back. Props needed are a chair, Theraband, yoga block or Theraball, and bolster or pillow.
