SomaYoga for Core to Pelvic Floor Class 1

In this class, you'll view the diaphragm and pelvic floor images and learn to sense the movement of the muscles with SomaYoga practices. We bring awareness to and work slowly with finding new movements for core stability muscles and whole body. You will move from standing to seated to lying on the floor on your back and front sides. Props needed are a chair, block, 1 or 2 blankets, and/or bolster.

Class 1 in a 3-class series for SomaYoga for Core to Pelvic Floor. Practice with care and stay attuned to what your body needs throughout class.
