This class works from the floor to standing to seated in a chair. We start laying down on our back to explore hips and shoulders, and hip circles with the help of a strap/theraband and shoulders. Then we strengthen these with standing chair work including leg pandiculations and plank to downward dog with the help of a chair. We end practice with a juicy seated twist that will increase your twisting range without force. Ends with a spinal cord breathing practice that circles the spine.
