Part 4 - Lying Down

This class explores various floor-based somatic movements in different positions. Then we are invited up to our feet to do some work against gravity before settling down again for a supported Savasana.

Props: chair, pillows for side lying, various optional comfort props for lying down (bolster, pillows, sandbag, towel)
