This practice will bring you deeper into your center as we explore SomaYoga for freeing tight muscles, and then building centered strength with good form. We start practice lying on your back to release tightly held core muscles with Somatics arch & flatten (pelvic tilts), and gentle hip flexion with a strap, and then explore the Somatics curl with support at legs. We build strength with plank pose into optional downward dog and again exploring hip flexion. We end with standing postures and a seated spinal core breath practice. Props include strap/stretchy band, block or pillow, optional sturdy chair and wall.
