We start seated to explore the 3 planes of movement with well supported arms, and then explore simple standing positions like mountain pose and wide legged squat. We move toward the floor to find core breathing, and openness and strength through legs and hip. We return to standing postures and incorporate the core breathing. Props needed: chair, blanket, pillow or bolster, open wall (optional).
