This practices starts on a chair, and then moves to prone (lying on your belly) on the floor. Props include chair, folded blanket and rolled up towel. We work with the Backlift practice from Thomas Hanna Somatics, and then get to sense into standing folds, chair pose, and horse stance. Find an easeful flow. Do less in this practice.
