Part 1 - Sitting

This class kicks off a micro-series that explores the "Four Noble Acts" of functional movement. Explore how to release tight muscles in your trunk and hips to prepare for sitting, and learn what props your soma truly requires to sit well for extended periods of time. We conclude with a short seated meditation.

Props: chair (possibly 2 chairs, or a couch), strap, optional props to support ground sitting (stacked blankets, a block, or a foot stool)
