Using visualization and somatic practice, we'll tap into the space of the heart, Hridya, in Sanskrit. Practice starts seated and moves into standing work, where we explore heating and pumping the heart from the ground up. End with relaxation practices on the earth and a meditative visualization. Props include chair, strap, bolster or blanket for added comfort. Enjoy!
