Transformation comes with practice. Cultivate an inner focus with the practice of Somatics. Props include chair, bolster and blanket. We start standing and focus on the forward folding and leg muscle release. Then take our practice to the floor to soften and release tension from core and hips. We add strengthening postures like plank, downward dog, Warrior I, lunge, and a brief moment with a lifted leg (Warrior III). Enjoy this releasing and building practice!
