The 3 planes of movement are forward to back, side to side (lateral) and twist. In this practice we explore all 3 with an emphasis on what the core is doing, especially during the stabilizing phase on exhale. Postures explored in our flow include Warrior I, Warrior II, Triangle, and Warrior III. We start seated, move to standing, and then end on the floor (or in a seat). Props include a sturdy chair.
