Strengthen connections "across the aisle" - the right and left sides of your body, as well as diagonally - to improve functional complex movement in your day-to-day life. After doing gentle somatic movement on the floor, we'll get up to standing and explore asanas like Mountain Pose, Forward Fold, Warrior I, and Chair Pose. This class will begin and conclude with an Alternate Nostril Breathing practice.
