1/13/2026 Side Curl into Revolved Pyramid

This class starts seated in a chair or on the floor, and moves into prone (lying on the front side) where we practice cobra, and mindful back, shoulder and arm movements. We then practice Side Curl from Hanna Somatics. The last half of class is mindful entry into bigger asana (postures) like Warrior I, Pyramid, and bigger twists. Go slow and easy as to not add any additional strain to body and mind.
