Tuesday Morning SomaYoga with Ali

Embrace + Embody

Start your morning with connection to your body and prepare for the day. We use the tools of breath and body-centric cues to focus our mind. SomaYoga increases sensory-motor awareness and challenges us to ‘wake up’ muscles that have gone offline.

The group is guided through mindful movement, meditative breathwork and therapeutic yoga postures. In this class, we get curious about functional movement and transition into classic yoga poses to help you get up and move well into your day. All experience levels are welcome.

Accessible Pricing: Our drop-in rate for weekly classes is currently $20. We understand that this price may not fit everyone’s budget. We want everyone to be able to practice yoga with us. If the drop-in rate does not match your budget, please use a discount code to choose a price that feels right to you: PAY15, PAY10, PAY5

If you plan to practice with us regularly, please consider a Membership with Satsang Yoga Collective.

Private Therapeutic Yoga Session with Anna

Do you have a specific area where you’d like some support, or do you feel you would benefit from one on one instruction of yoga? Consider meeting with Anna for Private Yoga Therapy Sessions, which include:

Intake Session (90 mins) - For your first session, we will discuss your health history, observe your current state, and discuss your well-being concerns and goals.

Follow Up Sessions (60 mins) - For follow-up sessions, we will check-in on your areas of focus to get current and adjust our work as needed. The bulk of our time together will be the “work”, determined by your individual well-being concerns and goals. The “work” could include, but is not limited to, physical movement (asana and somatics), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, relaxation, work with yogic philosophy models, chanting/singing/mantra, and lifestyle guidance from Ayurveda. Time for “work” may be shortened in our first session to allow time for your Intake and Yoga Therapy Plan.

Yoga Therapy Plan and Home Practices - Together, we will create a plan for your upcoming sessions and for your home practices. Yoga Therapy is a commitment. We will choose one or more areas of focus and select appropriate practices for you to explore in your home practice and at subsequent sessions. This is a co-creative relationship, not one based on prescription. Your thoughts, feelings, opinions, and learnings will be the primary driver of an effective and sustainable plan toward improved well-being.

Please email satsangyogacollective@gmail.com for questions, availability, and pricing.
