This is a very special gathering hosted by Ali and Tony that incorporates a 90 minute yoga routine along with a healthy ayurvedic cooking lesson with meal, a chakra clearing sound bath, meditation and a kirtan session. The sound bath will be exploring the sounds of crystal singing bowls, drums, Mercury tuned gong and some other surprises. There are only 10 spots available so please register before April 29th.
Shed light on the naturally restorative practices of Yoga and Ayurveda held with a sacred Sound Bath. Join this daytime immersion retreat experience! Together, a small group of compassionate and mindful folks will gather for this soul-cleansing event.
Yoga Session: Start the day with a movement and breath sequence to cleanse the body and mind. We will use techniques that help shift the energy in your body, and make space for the new growth of Spring. This practice is beginner friendly and slow pace.
Ayurveda Session: Explore the different tastes and basic spices involved with ayurvedic cooking. Cook a meal together and enjoy the comfort of whole foods in good company. You will also receive a packet of recipes and descriptions for the different tastes.
Sound Session: This is a voyage into the deepest vibrations of the body to connect with the soul on a vibrational level through such sounds as singing bowls, gongs, rattles, drums and various other instruments. Such vibrations generated by Vishal can reach the cellular level of the body, its organs and even shift the frequencies of the brainwaves. Lay down, relax and embrace your true self as one with this divine vibrational voyage.
