Sunday Mind Study: 5 weekly group sessions where we review the Kleshas from the Yoga Sutras, and take a deeper look at the Antahkarana. We dedicate time in the Sunday session to experience settling strategies for our body, mind and heart.

The concepts and practices are appropriate for all levels of yoga experience. Beginners will gain a foundation by engaging with the fundamentals of yoga philosophy and experimenting with what it means to practice.
