July 13 - Buns & Guns with Anna, focus on glutes and foundations for upper body

July 20 - Legs & Feet with Ali, focus on hips and walking/hiking and expanding on foundations

July 27 - Full Body Balance with Anna, focus on coordinating the whole body


SomaYoga is a somatic yoga process that connects your mind, brain and body with intentional movements, connecting new neural pathways and wiring you for strength! This class "adds load" in terms of complexity, repetition, and at times holding muscles under tension. The use of Hanna Somatics is woven with classic strengthening asana and functional movement routines.

  • Low Load to High Load Movements
  • Simple to Complex Movements
  • Move from Center Outward
  • Alignment through gravity and biomechanics
  • Education of muscles through sensing contraction and lengthening
