The trees have spent their leaves and the ground is beginning to freeze. Each day we get a little less sun and a little more darkness. We begin to say goodbye to Fall and settle into the quiet stillness that arrives with Winter.

With the holiday season upon us, there is a fair amount of hustle and bustle. However, when we get quiet we may start to notice the tranquility of Winter beckoning to us, whispering encouragement to settle down, get cozy, and warm ourselves from within by the light of expanding consciousness.

Into the Heart of Winter Satsang: Yamas and Niyamas Book Study

Join us this New Year to expand and energize your personal practice.  Beginners and advanced yogis are welcome to: 

+ Learn Patanjali’s 8 Limbs of Yoga and how Yoga integrates mind+body practice 
+ Study Yamas, first limb of Yoga (Part I) and Niyamas, second limb (Part II)
+ Enjoy Winter wellness practices from the wisdom of Ayurveda
+ Practice in a transformative online community space  
+ Engage in self-inquiry and group sharing (book study)
+ Explore Yoga practices to nourish, ground, and soothe the body

This year Winter Satsang will be offered in two 5-week sessions: 

  • Part I - Yamas study (Jan 8 - Feb 5)
  • Part II - Niyamas study (Feb 12 - Mar 12)

Winter Satsang meets Sundays 9-10:30 am central time for weekly discussion, community engagement, and personal transformation. Join us for one part, or both!
