We at Satsang Yoga Collective are excited to share new weekly class offerings to further support your personal yoga practice. Our new classes are aimed at providing more opportunities to enhance your practice by including more diversity in length and focus.

Tuesday Morning Meditation with Ali (begins Jan 17th)
7:15 - 7:45 am central
Move, Breathe + Meditate
Offered for FREE / by donation! This 30 min class is designed to help you find a comfortable meditation seat. We begin with gentle movements, explore breathing techniques, and then set up for a 5-10 minute meditation.
This practice highlights easy and accessible techniques to help you move toward a regular meditation practice. Start your day with mindful movement, breathwork, and steadiness in your seat.

Saturday Morning Soma Strong with Anna (begins Jan 21st)
9:00 - 9:45 am central
Join Anna for a Saturday morning jumpstart! Feel the brilliance of your body as you build mobility, stability, and strength in this 45 minute class.
This class focuses on building strength, while keeping in mind the yogic principles of ahimsa (nonviolence) and satya (truth).
Gain strength through mindful movement, as you set the tone for a vibrant weekend! All levels of experience are welcome.
Tuesday Morning SomaYoga with Ali: Embrace + Embody at a NEW TIME 8am central! Join for a great start to your day.
Wednesday Evening SomaYoga with Anna: Relax + Restore will continue to be offered at 7pm central. Wind-down to support a good night's rest.

This weekend we opened Into the Heart of Winter Satsang Part I, beginning our annual study of the Yamas & Niyamas - yoga’s ethical practices. It was pure joy to sit in satsang with a beautiful group of yoga practitioners dedicated to deepening their practice.
We would love for you to join us for Part II, which begins Sunday Feb 12th. We will continue our study with the Niyamas - the 2nd Limb of Patanjali’s Yoga. The Niyamas help us look within and get in alignment with our true Self. Learn more here.
