Fall into Practice and Out of Suffering - Announcing Fall Satsang
Satsang Yoga Collective | SEP 23, 2023

Build or uncover something new this season. For only one hour a week, you can have a self-care routine that could change everything.
We believe that yoga practices are a wonderful awareness tool to keep you current with what's changing in your life, and help you get in touch with your truest self.
Does your true self feel covered up or somewhat inaccessible?
Tap into the unchanging in our upcoming Seasonal Satsang What if I Fall *Open* Satsang...
Designed to lift the veils that keep us suffering, this 5-week class package and Yoga philosophy study will lighten the load. Commit to yourself this season, and see shifts with as little as one hour a week.
Build a routine for your yoga practice and follow along with a short workbook including reflection questions to journal on. Take actions in real life that make real shifts toward becoming more true to you. There are a variety of classes to choose from.
Join us for weekly dharma talks on the Kleshas, the root causes of suffering in yogic thought. This program also includes unlimited access to our entire class library, recorded dharma talks, and an opportunity to share what you learn in our special Sunday Satsang gathering, a live Yoga Philosophy group discussion on Oct 29th.
We start Oct 15th … This could be the program that changes everything. Tap into wisdom and gain your own insights into Yoga. In working through the physical and mental-emotional layers of being, wisdom and bliss surely await you.
Why practice SomaYoga?
This unique style of yoga blends postural Somatics with classic Asana (postures). Through the methodology, you will build embodied patience and presence with your experience - to uncover to the 'truth of things'. Since we believe consistent practice brings changes, we encourage you to dedicate at least one hour a week to physical asana practice to see what shifts you can really sense and feel.
Why study Yoga Philosophy?
This is foundational to Yoga, and why it works! It has to do with your mind and ‘how we see things’. The Kleshas specifically call on us to look at our human experience, and recognize the magic in the enduring. Yoga can bring you happiness! Now you have a choice. Stay with patterns that aren’t working (causing suffering) or learn new patterns that uncover the way out. We want to share these potent Yoga Philosophy teachings with you.
