These inquiry questions get us started on self-reflection. We just completed 10 weeks of Yamas and Niyamas reflection study with a group of dedicated jnana yogis (path of knowledge) looking at the Yamas and Niyamas. We are bubbling out into new routines and activities ourselves, and want to encourage you to keep going in your growing!
Yes, there is a method to the practice of self-inquiry. And it requires that you show up to the possibility of growth in the present moment. Mind you, this moment is usually unplanned … Are we right? You can learn tips on how to show up in our practice together.

Practice Kriya (Action) Yoga
These three Niyamas form a potent and thoughtful method for getting through life and reducing future suffering (which the yogis say is possible!). We practice and look to inner wisdom to perform better outer action, and Ultimately, we practice to surrender to the present moment. Sometimes what appears in the present moment is little yet frequent, and other times it's a big, unplanned game changer.
We’re here for it all. Being together is what Satsang is all about.

Find A Routine Practice
We find it helpful to find regular practice during at least one part of our day. We have weekly live offerings at all times of day!
And, yes, our lives are full and busy! So, this practice could be as simple as a pause in your day to find your breath. Or maybe you’re ready to dive in and try something new!
